Brews From The Past

Beer from our vault; many of our beers are seasonal and may be recurring. If your favorite beer is not currently on tap just wait, you’ll see it again.

Demeter’s Daughter

Barrel Fermented Saison with Wild Yeast on Fruit: A People’s Pint first! We took some of our Saison and barrel aged it with wild yeast and stone fruit. The result is a unique and complex brew with notes of sunshine on hay, peach, apricot, wild flowers, vanilla, chardonnay, cider & oak. (6.7%)

Firefly

NEIPA: A firefly can only last day in a bottle, and so it’s the same with this New England IPA; only here for a season. Notes of hops, strawberry, pine and a subtle hint of melon (6%)

Flower Crown

Kolsch: subtle sweetness, with the flavor of honey and rye (5.4%)

Training Wheels

Session IPA: A brisk and refreshing bouquet of citrus and hops (4.5%)

The People’s Pilsner

German Style Pilsner: Weyermann Pale Pilsner malt. (5%)

Pirate Ship

Hefeweizen: traditional wheat beer, slightly sweet with notes of citrus. (4.8%)

Worker Bee

NEIPA: Reverend Lorenzo L. Langstroth, the ” Father of Modern Beekeeping,” was a pastor at Second Congregational Church in Greenfield, Massachusetts from 1843 to 1848. Our newest one off IPA this spring will be named after his fuzzy little friends, Worker Bee. In the first sip a blend of ripe peach and candied citrus, and a soft mouthfeel. Grapefruit pith and resin leaving you with a crisp, light bitterness in the finish. (5.6%)

Barrel Aged Baba Jagodowa

Fruited Barley Wine: Bourbon Barrel Aged Baba Jagodowa is now more powerful than ever. We depressurized our blackberry, blueberry barley wine named Baba Jagodowa and filled Bourbon Barrels from Berkshire Mountain Distillery. What was once a beautiful blend of malt and berry sweetness has become something else; a rich and sweet brew that brings aromas and flavors of oak, sweat bourbon, ripe berries, blueberry brandy, fruit leather, jam, cakes, & pie. (11%)

Double IPA

American Double IPA: The 2024 version of our Double IPA has the color of golden orange that squeezes its way into both flavor and aroma. Notes of candied orange slices and pineapple dominate into a tropical bouquet. A smooth mouth feel with subtle sweetness, balancing out the bitterness giving you a NEIPA vibe without the haze. (8.3%)

JWAPA

“Just Want A” Pale Ale: While going through our old brewery folders, we kept seeing the acronym JWAPA- “just want a pale ale.” We decided to brew up the 2023 version! This drinkable ale has a bright and subtly sweet candied lemon flavor and finishes with citrus rind & pithy bitterness. (5.6%)

Baba Jagodowa

Fruited Barley Wine: Named after a mythical witch who lured children with berries, this is a strong, dark red brew with just a touch of bitterness to balance the malt & fruit sweetness. The added blackberry & blueberry in this high-ABV barley wine lend a brandy-like character. (9.5%)

The Cosmic Chipmunk

Spiced Flemish Brown Ale: A dark, subtly sour ale with wintry aromas of orange, spice, & chocolate (5.0%)

Franklin’s Farmhouse

Saison/Farmhouse Ale: With the color of straw Franklin Farmhouse brings you down those back roads where the fields have been cut, and the straw bales are piled high. A fine ale to finish off a hard days work, giving you the flavors of wheat, fruit and spice with a dry finish. To warmer days, and planting season. Cheers! ( 6.%)

State of Mind

New England India Pale Ale: Leave reality behind and be transported to a warm citrus grove with aromas of ripe stone fruit, sweet grapefruit and tangerine. The malted sweetness is balanced by pithy citrus peel and hoppy bitterness. Enjoy the taste of sunshine as a reminder that warmer days are on the way! ( 6.9%)

Slippery Slope

American Braggot: One of our most unique offerings returns! Slippery Slope is made with local apple cider, honey & ginger for a warming, slightly spicy brew perfect for the cooling weather (9.0%)

Building Bridges

New England Style IPA: A hazy IPA brewed to benefit Building Bridges Veterans Initiative (6.2%)
