> regular beers <
- Provider Pale Ale - A delicious pale ale, amber in color
with a hoppy nose and touch of bitterness. This beer is brewed
with Marris Otter barley malt and dark crystal malt. Hopping
is a little wacky - we use Bullion, Target, Cascade, Perle,
and Liberty hops. (abv: 5.2 % | original gravity: 1053)
- Farmer Brown - One of the most popular beers we brew; this
is our version of traditional brown ale. A truly tasty beer,
Farmer Brown is low in bitterness with a smooth and malty
finish. Like its namesake, it's outstanding in its field!
(abv: 5.4% | original gravity: 1061)
- Extra Special Bitter (ESB) - A classic example of an
ESB, where the sweetness of the barley malt balances the slight
bitterness provided by Target and Golding hops. We add East
Kent Goldings during secondary fermentation; this process
of "dry-hopping" provides a distinct, flowery aroma to the
beer. (abv: 5.1 % | original gravity: 1057)
- Brakeshoe Porter - A dark and roasty ale without the dryness
of a stout. The roasted malt and mild hop presence make for
a delicious drink with minimal bitterness. This beer is served
cask conditioned from our hand-pumped beer engine. (abv: 5.2
% | original gravity: 1054)
- Pied pIPA - One sip and it's music to your ears - you'll
follow this India Pale Ale anywhere. For hop lovers out there,
this is your beer. We brew it with a wall of fresh Cascade
(abv: 5.7% | original gravity: 1061)
- Oatmeal Stout - Brewed with healthy doses of chocolate and
black patent malts, this delightful beer is as black as the
cold night sky but its robust flavor and smooth finish will
warm you to the core. (abv: 5.1% | original gravity: 1057)
> seasonal beers <
Sprφcket Kφlsch (on cask)
A blonde ale, light in color and taste with a nice grain flavor
and a slightly citrus aroma. Kφlsch has characteristics similar
to a German style lager and is excellent with a slice of lemon.
(abv: 5.1 % | original gravity: 1046 )
ShWheat Ale
A warm weather favorite and our lightest beer with no bitterness
and a light citrus flavor from dried orange peels and honey.
Ask for it with a slice of lemon for extra yumminess. (abv:
3.1% | 1045 )
Irish Red Ale (IRA)
This mahogany colored, nice aromatic beer has a slightly smoky
flavor resulting from the use of "peated malt". It's lightly
hopped to balance residual sugars and Willammette hops. (abv:
5.2% | original gravity: 1053)
Helles Bock Lager
Our first lager in a long, long time
Helles means pale and
bock means heavy. So, don't let the light color fool you.
Very malty in flavor, thick in body and this particular Helles
Bock has a fairly dry finish. Celebrate the coming of warm
weather with this delicious lager. (abv: 6.0% | original gravity:
1063)
Tap-n-Die Malt Liquor
More than just drinking instructions, this fine brew is homage
to the industry that put Greenfield on the map and to the
plethora of malt liquors that helped raise our brewers. This
high gravity lager is hand-crafted with pride to bring you
a memorable experience. Brewed and bottled in Greenfield,
MA, home of the biggest tools in the world. (abv: 7.5% | 1073)
