-Natural
Blonde Ale -
Blonde ale - an American tradition - light, crisp and clean
with just enough hops to remind you that it's a People's Pint
beer. (abv: 4.6% | original gravity: 1048)
- Provider Pale Ale - A delicious pale ale, amber in color
with a hoppy nose and touch of bitterness. This beer is brewed
with Marris Otter barley malt and dark crystal malt. Hopping
is a little wacky - we use Bullion, Target, Cascade, Perle,
and Liberty hops. (abv: 5.2 % | original gravity: 1053)
- Farmer Brown - One of the most popular beers we brew; this
is our version of traditional brown ale. A truly tasty beer,
Farmer Brown is low in bitterness with a smooth and malty finish.
Like its namesake, it's outstanding in its field! (abv: 5.4%
| original gravity: 1061)
- Hope Street Bitter (ESB) - A classic example of an ESB,
where the sweetness of the barley malt balances the slight bitterness
provided by Target and Golding hops. We add East Kent Goldings
during secondary fermentation; this process of "dry-hopping"
provides a distinct, flowery aroma to the beer. (abv: 5.1 %
| original gravity: 1057)
- Pied pIPA - One sip and it's music to your ears - you'll
follow this India Pale Ale anywhere. For hop lovers out there,
this is your beer. We brew it with a wall of fresh Cascade (abv:
5.7% | original gravity: 1061)
- Oatmeal Stout - Brewed with healthy doses of chocolate and
black patent malts, this delightful beer is as black as the
cold night sky but its robust flavor and smooth finish will
warm you to the core. (abv: 5.1% | original gravity: 1057)
> seasonal beers (as of May 2010) <
ShWheat Ale (a.k.a. Summer Honey Wheat)
Light in color and alcohol, this summer brew brings together
barley, wheat, honey and orange peel to create a great summer
thirst quencher. Served with a lemon to enhance its subtle citrus
flavor and slightly crisp finish, ShWheat is easy to drink and
complements any warm day. (OG: 1.037 abv:3.8% )
Double IPA
With four pounds of hops per barrel, this Double IPA packs a
punch for hop heads out there. Using liberal additions of Columbus
hops in the boil and a huge dose of whole-leaf Centennial dry
hops, this is a beer with an aroma so thick you can almost see
it (seriously). We hope you enjoy this big, bad, better beer
for the summertime. (OG: 1.075 abv: 7.8%)
The People's Pilsner
As our first lager of the season, we're super psyched about
this beer. Pilsner and Caramel malts emit a smooth and supporting
malt body while the German Magnum and Hersbrucker hops give
an earthy and spicy flavor and aroma. All told, a super easy
beer to drink and a lovely addition to our line-up. Prost! (OG:
abv 5.5%)
